A skilled Chinese surgeon with a love of agriculture and homeopathy, Dr. Matsumori is the mother of Dr. Allison Mann. She advised President Margaret Valentine to send Yorick to Allison. At the end of "Kimono Dragons", she was kidnapped by Toyota. She reappears in the "Motherland" arc in Dr. M/Dr. Matsumori's lab, having finished operating on Allison. At the end of the arc, she is revealed to be taking care of Allison's clones, now that Dr. M/ Dr. Matsumori is dead. She was originally suspected to be Dr. M.
